Since 2006 when Pine Junction opened, Lonnie and Shirlee have done everything they can to take great care of their customers and turn Pine Junction into the beautiful and unique place it is today! While you used to see them every time you stopped, they still make a point to stop out and greet customers as often as they can! They have always wanted customers to leave feeling as friends with not only themselves but the staff as well.  

Michelle has been with her parents since the beginning of this amazing dream. Working hard and long hours to take Pine Junction from a one room stop to a top-rated dining experience and amazing wedding venue. Michelle personally works with our customers to make their private events  a time to remember! She oversees the staff and is a smiling face to greet our customers and make sure her parents standards are upheld for not only guests but our wonderful staff! 

Kim started with Pine Junction back in 2014. With her Business Management Degree, they brought her on full time as a Manager. Kim works directly with the staff to ensure the guest experience is positive and works to have our guests leaving with a smile on their face. She regularly updates our website with upcoming  events and activities and assists with our Social Media pages. Kim also works with local and national bands to book music and events for our guests to enjoy throughout the year like the annual Don't Tell Shirlee Concert and the Drafts and Crafts Festival.  

Marcia, also has been with her parents since the start of Pine Junction. She has worked along side to make sure Pine Junction could grow into what it has become. She now is our full time Baker, making all the delicious desserts from scratch. She has perfected our pies and cheesecakes and who can forget the Mooseball?! Not only does she keep our Mooseball, Raspberry and Coconut Cream in stock but she has fun experimenting with new recipes to keep a full list of desserts for each visit! She also homemakes specials, and several of our sauces for our dinner menu! Don’t forget to order your homemade cookie tray for the Holidays from Marcia!

Tom has been with Pine Junction since 2010. With his Business Management Degree and over 10 years of Restaurant Management experience and cooking he is a great asset to our team! He not only cooks but you can also find him helping at the Bar or on tables chatting with our customers!
